Razer provides a 1-year limited warranty on Razer Blade laptops, peripherals, and accessories. RazerCare is Razer's extended protection plan that adds accidental damage coverage and extends the coverage period. Razer's warranty is backed by an international service network.

What Razer Warranty Covers

Razer's standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover physical damage from drops, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear on consumable parts like keyboard switches and batteries. RazerCare Essential adds accidental damage protection.

How to Find Your Razer Serial Number

The serial number is on a label on the bottom of your Razer Blade laptop. For peripherals, check the underside or original packaging. In Windows, the serial is also accessible via Razer Synapse under the device information tab for connected Razer hardware.

When Your Razer Warranty Expires

After expiry, Razer authorized service centers handle out-of-warranty repairs for Blade laptops. Third-party repair shops are also available for common repairs. Razer Blade parts are increasingly available through third-party vendors as the lineup matures.
